Temp to Perm Hiring: You need to fill a role but before that you want to be sure that it’s the right fit for your organisation. We provide a temporal to permanent hiring options. We provide artisans who can work for you on a short term contract and hired permanently upon the recommendation of the company based on their performances.

PRICING

Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties upon reaching an agreement. We give the most flexible and moderate pricing in the hiring market.

TERMS FOR PLACEMENTS

Awak company limited bears all of the costs related to artisan sourcing, reference checks, background checks and advertising. Awak company limited’s professional fee is guaranteed for 30 days, if the candidate voluntarily resigns within that period. Awak Company limited provides 100% replacement. Artisan’s other benefits such as medical, welfare and any other form of motivation must be clearly discussed with us and agreed upon.
